Course access and digital services may be non-refundable after access is granted.

Special cases may be reviewed manually by the GSM Trading Lab admin team. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on platform records, access status, and service usage.

Payment disputes should be submitted through the support form with transaction details and proof.
